Originally an oceanographic research vessel for the Danish Government,
ex. "Martin Knudsen" she was refitted
and adapted to
become the complete, dedicated diving and research boat she is
today.
Where a motorized tender whisks divers of all experience levels to dive
sites throughout the oceans, the
Red Sea Surveyor is the first dive boat in the world to offer nitrox
and trimix gasses for tech dives,
specializing
in wreck penetrations, cave dives, and night dives.

Bridge deck

Main and lower deck
This vessel is 114', and has the capacity to
hold 18 passengers who have a choice of 9 double, fully air
conditioned cabins. All toilets and showers are shared. The spacious
lounge has a TV and seating for everyone, while a large exterior central
deck can be used to tan in the sun, dine out in the evening, or gaze at
the sunlit sky at night.
Electricity is both 220v (European) and 110v (US compatible) for easy
charging of strobes and camera batteries.

Fuel 38 tons. Endurance is one month and the range is thus 11000 NM.
