Maid Marian II is a 110 foot fantail motor yacht built in 1931 in New York.
She is a classic piece of floating history and now with a new owner in September 2006. She
is based in Phuket Thailand.
On the upper deck are a salon/entertainment room, library, dining room and large aft deck
with access to the roof top sun deck. There is also one guest bathroom and galley. Outside
showers are installed on both sides of the boat. The bridge and Captains bed and work area
are also accessible from this deck.
The lower deck guest accommodations consist of 2 massive luxury suites with their own
bathrooms and 2 smaller single bed one guest cabins with
one shared bathroom.
The front lower deck area accommodates up to 8 crew comfortably as well
as housing the main galley, engine room and other functional areas of the vessel. Maid
Marian's crew is a Captain, engineer, cook, tender driver, two deck hands, one cabin boy
and a hostess.

'Maid Marian II' is a classic superyacht from a time before they were known as
superyachts! Built primarily of teak and mahogany, 'Maid Marian II' has been lovingly
preserved and taken care since she was newly built. In the same ownership from 1933 to
1992, 'Maid Marian II' was originally christened 'Cleopatra' by her first owner and
launched into the Hudson River in 1931. The first owner subsequently built a larger boat
for himself, and so sold this boat in 1933 to Mrs Ruth Nash Bliss. Mrs Bliss sailed and
lived in luxury aboard the yacht up and down the Hudson River in New York and Great Lakes
until selling the boat in 1992 due to failing health. As a perfect example of a true
luxury yacht from the golden age of yachting, 'Maid Marian II,'
